The Chateau du Clos is situated in magnificent parkland, it has close proximity to a village and the grand city of Orleans. On the ground floor one enters into a large hall which leads to a sizeable salon complete with a period fireplace. There is a library and grand piano. There is a dining room and a salon with TV that looks out across the gardens and to the Loire. The kitchen has all the necessary modern appliances. There is a downstairs bathroom with WC. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room, sauna and WC.
The gardens benefit from an abundance of very mature trees. The landscaped lawns complete a magnificent exterior overlooking the river Loire. The setting is most tranquil. The manoir has a WIFI internet connection for use by the guests.

The nearby village of Saint ay (0.5kim) has many restaurants and a selection of shops. The city of Orleans (15km) is a short car ride away giving you access to its history and its amenities. You are close to the famous grand chateaux of France. There are many recreational activities available in the region fishing included of course in le jardin…. Canoeing, kayaking, hot air ballooning, golf and there are plenty others! Tours is 80km away.
