Villa Irina is a very luxurious Holiday Rental Villa with airconditioning, situated in a quiet private urbanization. La Irina is a Holiday Villa with very easy access for all who arrive at Malaga Airport as it is only 20 minutes drive. The beach is an approximate 5-10 minutes walk and supermarkets, bars, shops, nice restaurants with beautiful terraces are all easily access able and very close by.The bus station is at 200m and train station at Torreblanca within walking distance.
Villa Irina is built on three levels and has three luxurious apartments, and offers in total 12 beds. It is surrounded by an attractive exotic garden 1000m2 with palm trees and has its own private swimming pool, large terraces with garden furniture and sun beds.

The lay-out of Villa Irina is as follow:
First floor: Apartment Rosalie - very spacious (120 m2) , 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge with dining room, an American open kitchen and a very large terrace - (40 m2) - with bar & ith terrace furniture. Sea and mountain view.
Second floor: Apartment Sophie (110 m2), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge with dining room, an American open kitchen and a very nice covered terrace with terrace furniture. (30m2).
Ground-floor: Apartment Vincent +(70m2), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a lounge and an American open kitchen and garden terrace (40m2) with terrace furniture.
All kitchens are fully equipped with dishwashers, microwave coffee machines etc. Luxurious bathrooms and beautiful decorated living rooms, all. with its own television with satellite, and music instaltion. Every apartment has its own entrance with fire and alarm installation. The Pool has a computer installed pomp with cleaning system, and there is once a week a gardener. There is an separate washing room with washing machine and dryer. Childbeds and chair is available.
Please note the villa is normally only available as a complete unit during peak weeks, but can be let as separate apartments - throughout the rest of the year.
This Beautiful and extremely well situated Villa is suitable for many,. Family’s, Friends, Golf company etc whom like to join there holidays together but also like there privacy. It is possible to rent the Villa as one or as separate apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a final cleaning & laundry cost - € 200 Euros for the whole villa or - € 50,€ 65 & € 80 for each respective apartment.

Local activities in and around Fuengirola, Costa del Sol - Malaga
The Costa del Sol is also called the Costa del Golf because there are many exclusive golf courses in the area Fuengirola – Marbella.
Torrequebrada golf. Mijas Golf: Lagos and Los Olivos all within 15 min drive. There is a choice of another 15 exclusive golf courses like La Cala golf, Mira Flores, Parador del golf ...... very near by. Anyone familiar with this area of the Costa del Sol will no doubt be aware of the myriad of activities available for perfect holiday enjoyment.
Aside from the obvious large choice of golf courses, the area is blessed with some excellent beaches and marinas. Here you can waterski, fish, scuba dive or merely take a cooling dip in the sea. Many places of cultural interest are within easy reach - due to the excellent infrastructure of the Costa del Sol.
Fuengirola is a bustling town , which has retained much of it's family values. Malaga is an amazing city, with broad promenades, a fascinating 'old town' and of course houses the magnificent Picasso museum.
Benalmadena, Cabopino, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all famous for their attractive marinas, and prove to be perfect settings for an evening stroll - maybe with some tapas and a glass of Rioja? Seville, Cordoba and Granada are stunningly beautiful cities to visit, steeped in history and beautiful architecture.
Close to Granada of course is the Sierra Nevada, reachable from La Hacienda de Mijas Golf in 2 hours, by an excellent road. It is possible to be on the slopes in the morning and return to the Coast to enjoy the afternoon sunshine on the beach!
There are ample attractions to keep the younger members of your group happy. Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina in Benalmadena, Selwo Wildlife Park in Estepona, Tivoli World in Benalmadena, Crocodile Park in Torremolinos - to name but a few.
