A large chateau of 5000m², it is made up of five independent living areas; with fully-equipped kitchens, 14 double or triple rooms, nine bathrooms, 12 WCs and sofa beds for up to 10 extra people, if required.
The beautiful garden grounds contain picnic tables, a barbeque and children’s playground, all surrounded by cypresses, mulberry trees and umbrella pines. Within the house itself, there is a central courtyard with a circular swimming pool (8m diameter and with central alarm so safe for children) and tiled terrace with lounge chairs. Private parking and bike room are also provided.
