  The apartment is easily accessed via four steps up from the seafront (main entrance) or a level ramp access located at the rear of the building to the main lobby. From there, a small passenger lift services all floors or you can take the stairs.

The Master bedroom is bright, light, spacious and fitted with a large wardrobe. A hair dryer & iron are provided. There is also a lovely big reading chair from where you can sit and look all the way through the apartment, out to sea. When let as a one bedroom apartment, the master bedroom is made available.

The Front (2nd) bedroom has a magnificent picture window with views that sweep across the channel to Beachy Head. There is a sofa in the window to enjoy the views from or to take some quiet "time out" from fellow holiday makers.

The Bathroom benefits from an over-bath Power-shower, washing machine, WC & hand basin. Complimentary guest-size toiletries, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Beach Towels are all provided for your comfort and convenience.
The kitchen is well equipped, complete with cook books an oven, hob and microwave. The breakfast bar is a great place to sip your coffee & enjoy the views from.
The lounge and dining areas each comfortably seat four and from both you'll enjoy unrivalled sunrises, sunsets and at night, the twinkling lights of Eastbourne .

Street Parking is readily available directly outside the property and along the seafront (non-metered & not allocated).

A refundable indemnity deposit (of £100/week or each part week) is taken when bookings for stays less than 14 days are made. Tariff payment is taken 8 weeks prior to arrival.

On stays in excess of 14 days; late deals and discounted breaks; both deposit and tariff are taken when booking is made.

During months of November to March inclusive a £25/week heating supplement applies.
