This detached spacious luxury air-conditioned villa has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is decorated and furnished in typical Floridian style making it light and airy. It is situated on a residential development, Rolling Hills, in Kissimmee, just 3 miles from Disney and Interstate 4, in the heart of the 'Golden Corridor' on West SR192, making it the perfect base for your Disney Adventure.
The development itself is very quiet. The patio and pool area is south facing and overlooks a pine wood. We have also recently added a hot tub to the pool area
If you are a golfer there are many award winning courses in the local area.
Privately owned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in Rolling HIlls gated community Kissimmee Florida, has off street parking and double garage. Rolling Hills is a quite community with this property being on a cul-de-sac.
Master bedroom with en-suite and tv leads out to the swimming pool and deck area. Second master suite with en-suite and tv. 1st themed twin room with tv which shares 3rd bathroom. 2nd twin shares 3rd bathroom. Formal dinning room with sitting area, breakfast dining area off kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto lounge area.
Lounge overlooks pool area and has large screen tv. Laundry room has washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Pool and deck area is fully screened to keep out bugs, has hot tub, loungers and garden table and chairs and covered in area for shade from the hot florida sun, clean towels and linens included.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and included in the rental price. Villa cleaned before each new client but you can request interium cleaning and fresh towels and linen at an extra cost.
