A huge success with visitors, this luxury penthouse occupies prime position at Victoria Court 1. It faces south over the pool to the sea and enjoys all day sun and spectacular sunsets. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped. The penthouse is family owned and maintained to the highest standard. On your arrival you will find everything spotlessly clean. There is a large terrace where you can sit and enjoy long leisurely lunches, sun-bathe in private or sit in the shade of the canopy and look across the sea to the island of La Gomera.
The penthouse is situated in a quiet part of Los Cristianos only 500 metres from the seafront and 10 minutes walk from the town centre and golden sandy beaches. Victoria Court 1 is a very popular and well-run complex which has 2 heated swimming pools, a poolside bar and is perfect for family holidays. There are plenty of family restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced. Car hire is not necessary.
The penthouse is extremely comfortable, very well-equipped and described time and time again by guests as a real home from home. It has been prepared specifically to give guests of all ages everything they need for a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The penthouse has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has comfortable twin beds, built in wardrobes and a private balcony with table and chairs looking out over a garden and fountain. The 3rd bedroom has comfortable twin beds and sliding glass doors which give out straight onto the front terrace with a view across the pool and the sea. There is a second bathroom with shower situated between bedrooms 2 and 3.
The living room is bright and sunny, newly decorated this year, with modern sofas and dining table and chairs. There is a new TV, DVD player and video player with a selection of DVDs, videos and books for you to enjoy during your stay. The TV gives you BBC1 and 2, ITV 1 and Channel 4 so you need not miss your favouraite programmes ! It leads straight on to the large south-facing terrace which is the best room in the apartment. There is a dining table and 6 chairs on the terrace, plus sun beds and an optional canopy for those who prefer the shade. The view from the terrace is lovely and the sunsets over the island of La Gomera are not to be missed.
The kitchen is bright and modern and very well equipped with 2 fridges and a freezer and everything you might need. There is a washing machine in the 2nd bathroom and a safe in the master bedroom.
The complex is very well maintained and very friendly with mainly British guests staying there. Many of our guests return year on year and treat the penthouse as their second home.
We, the owners, live just a short distance away and so are on hand to give you any assistance you may need during your stay.

The complex is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxed and quiet holiday. It is not ideal for groups of young adults looking for a livelier holiday with good night life.
Local activities in and around Los Cristianos, Tenerife
The main Las Vistas Beach in Los Cristianos is a huge bay of flat golden sand perfect for safe bathing. There are many activities and attractions for holiday makers, all within very easy reach. These include 2 huge water parks for great days out, boat trips to see whales and dolphins or across to the beautiful island of La Gomera. There are coach trips around the island or up to the spectacular Mount Teide volcano.
You can do water-ski-ing, diving, jet ski-ing, go-karting, fishing, horse-riding, quad biking, mountain biking, golfing, mountain walking or just relax on the beach.
If you are hiring a car from Tenerife Sur airport please ask the owners for directions. If you are coming by taxi all the drivers know Victoria Court 1, no other directions are necessary.

Rental Notes: The prices shown in the table above are for up to 4 people. There is an additional charge for a 5th and a 6th person for all weeks shown except for the week 29/08/08 to 05/09/08, which is on special offer and is just £299 for up to 6 people.
For all other weeks in 2008, for a 5th person please add £40 to the rate shown above and for a 6th person please add a further £40.
For all weeks in 2009 for a 5th person please add £45 to the rate shown above. For a 6th person please add a further £45.
There is no charge for children under 2 but there is a hire charge for a travel cot of £15 per week and for a high chair, if required, of £15 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the holiday. Payment should be made please by normal sterling cheque. We regret that payment by credit or debit card is not possible.
