Bathroom with bath, overbath shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Car park space for 1 car at the door. Small, but very pretty south facing enclosed garden with flower and shrub borders, paved area and garden furniture. (accessed across footpath).
Restrictions: 1 very small pet allowed by special arrangement only.
