Massive open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area (over 11 metres!) leading out onto the deck. Free on-road parking, wi-fi, 40 inch flat screen TV with SKY+. Fantastic property for group get-togethers. The house sleeps 14 guests comfortably in bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 guests using an additional sofa bed. The position of the Marina House is just super for hoidays. There is a footpath around the back of the garden that leads straight down to the Marina. You can be sipping a drink on a terrace in front of the yachts in just five minutes!
The Marina is the biggest in the UK and really is like a town in its own right. There are cafes, bars and restaurants, a night club, Casino and bowling alley, multiplex cinema, indoor golf centre and a health club. You can stock the house up at the giant Asda and don't forget to pick up everything you need for a barbie on the deck.
Also near to the house is the funky Kemp Town area which is now one of the most fashionable parts of Brighton. Wander down St James Street on a Friday night and smell the wonderful cooking coming from the different ethnic restaurants. Head from there down to the beach and you get to the new Yellow Wave Beach Volley Centre which is proving a big hit with groups staying at the house.
We love to help our guests out with requests and recently found a team of beauty therapists who came to the house to give treatments at a very reasonable price. The guests loved it so let us know if you'd like to be pampered too!

As well as the Marina, just near to the house is the East Brighton Park which is great for a kick around and next door to it, the challenging Downs course of the East Brighton Golf Club which allows non-members to book a round.
On the hill behind the house is the Brighton Race Course which makes for a really fun day out cheering on your favourite whilst taking in the sea views from the stands. Go to www.brighton-racecourse.co.uk for details of race days.
