This Apartment has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms/Showers - one EnSuite. Sitting Room has Sofa Bed which converts to a double bed giving the possibility of sleeping 1/2 extra persons.
The Apartment is situated on Lakeside Gardens overlooking Tuzla Lake. This is a Salt Lake which is a protected Bird Sanctuary, numbering amongst its species large numbers of Greater Flamingos between October and April each year - a bird lovers paradise. Behind the complex is the Aegean Sea to which there is access to a private beach. The communal swimming pool is about 30 metres from the apartment.

There is an Indoor Heated Pool, Gym, Sauna, Restaurant, Ground Chess, Tennis Courts, Crazy Golf and Childrens Play Area on the Complex. Also a Mini Market.
The City of Bodrum is approx. 30 minutes from the Complex and can be reached by car or local transport. It is a small, but exciting town with a Medieval Castle and superb Marina not to mention a myriad of exciting shops.
