Situated in West Looe just seconds from the Quay, this property is in a great location for exploring all that Looe and the surrounding areas has to offer. It offers level access and is very near the Square, which has a convenience store and pub within walking distance. Accommodation comprises: Comfortable Lounge with flatscreen TV, leading through to a Dining room with seating for 4, a galley Kitchen with modern appliances, downstairs bathroom (bath with shower over), and access to the courtyard with which the owners have supplied you with a barbeque to enjoy those summer nights! Although there is no designated parking with New cottages, there is a free parking bay opposite the house and also a pay and display car park is a minute's walk away.
Seasonal ferries are available to take you to East Looe (tide dependant). This is a very well cared for property and comes highly recommended!
