This elegantly furnished 1st floor apartment is located on the fabulous new resort of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, constructed by Polaris World. Furnished with superb quality furniture, and stunning views of the golf course it even overlooks one of the many communal pools on the resort.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort has an 18 hole golf course and supermarket. Nearby is the Spanish town of Sucina with a supermarket, bars and resturants, banks and petrol station and other shops. The Hacienda after which the Golf Resort is named is still in the process of being renovated, but when completed will house various bars, resturants and the permanent club house.
The free shuttle service enables you to enjoy the facilities on offer at the other resorts, La Torre with it's many bars and resturants, and tennis courts and hairdressers, and Mar Menor with the hotel and spa facilities, and of course their golf courses.

From the lounge/dining area large patio doors lead onto the terrace which contains comfortable chairs and a coffee table from which you can enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course and communal pool.
The apartment offers a separate large fully fitted, spacious and well equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms contain twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and are ideal for a party of golfers or for a family holiday, with double doors leading to a lovely balcony containing a table and chairs for al fresco breakfast/morning coffee in the morning sunshine.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Air conditioning in available in the living area and both bedrooms along with gas central heating for the winter months, and a secure underground garage parking space.

Local activities in and around Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Costa Calida - Murcia
Beaches are plentiful in Murcia with a coastline which stretches over 271km you are bound to find a favourite spot. For the warm safe and shallow waters of the Mar Menor visit San Pedro or Lo Pagan for long sandy beaches that stretch for miles. Plus the added advantage of plenty of beach bars in between for an icecream, a drink or some lunch.
The glorious beaches and slightly cooler waters of the Mediterranean are also on your doorstep. There are fabulous beaches at Pilar de la Horadada. Quiet and unspoilt with sand dunes and plenty of sandcastle material.
The historic town of Murcia is only 20mins from the Resort. Visit this Moorish capital and marvel at the architecture, the history and the majesty of it all. Alternatively just hit the shops and bring home some bargains! Leather goods, clothes and jewellery are some of the offers to look out for. The large plazas with cafes which spill out onto the streets are ideal for a coffee of a spot of lunch. The city is largely pedestrianised making it very safe to browse at your leisure. The cathedral is magnificant, worth a trip into historic Spain.
Cartagena is another town close by which is steeped in history, but this time from an earlier age. The city dates back to before the Romans. This is one of the deepest natural harbours in europe and you can still see the big cruise liners and naval vessels from all around the world dock in Cartagena.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Clients will be met at the gate house of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and taken to the apartment. Taxi transfer from the airports can be arranged.

Rental Notes: Arrivals at the apartment can be anyday of the week so that you can take advantage of the cheaper mid week prices. The apartment has its own towels and linen provided but we would ask that you bring your own beach and pool towels. Cleaning and laundry is included in the price. There will be a mid stay clean and linen change for bookings of over 10 days.
Further cleaning can be arranged by request at an additional cost if you would like a daily maid service. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge subject to availability.
