Our Little Valley Villa is a fabulous 3 bedroom house (sleeping up to 6+1 baby) and is extremely well equipped and comfortable with everything you'd need including Satellite TV (featuring English, European and Turkish channels), DVD player, CD player, Playstation 2, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, BBQ. There is air-conditionning throughout & baby equipment such as travel cot, baby listeners and microwave steriliser.
There are even 2 swimming pool for the exclusive use of only 14 houses on our pretty complex. Our villa has large roof terrace with sea views, balcony, patio and gardens.
This is the ideal holiday home for families or couples looking for a quiet location within easy reach of all the amenities in Gumusluk and Yalikavak. It is a great base for exploring the Bodrum area in this beautiful part of Turkey.

Every effort has been made to make this a real home-from-home for a comfortable holiday. The villa has a contemporary layout as the living area is on the first floor to take full advantage of the wonderful pool and sea views.
The bright & spacious open-plan lounge/ dining area has Satellite TV (inc football, sports, music, kids, news + other English, European & Turkish channels) plus a Playstation 2, DVD & CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all mod-cons including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cold drinking water dispenser plus kettle, toaster, toastie machine and all the pans, cultery and crockey that you should need. The dining area has beautiful pool and sea views & the balcony leads directly out from the kitchen making it easy to dine outside.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, provide plenty of storage and have individual air-conditioning units installed in each room with their own remote control. The spacious double bedroom has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables (with drawers), a safe and enjoys a lovely view of the pool. The twin room has two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed), wardrobe and bedside table (with drawers). The bunk bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a sliding door to the outside patio which overlooks the pool.
A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, 2 clothes airers are provided plus for families with a baby, there is a travel cot, baby listener & steriliser. Mosquito nets have been fitted on all windows and ceiling fans are installed in living/ dining room.
To get the most out of your stay, we recommend car hire. If you decide not to hire a car, the local dolmus service runs past the villa and taxis are plentiful. We can arrange airport transfers or assist with booking car hire - please enquire for a quote. Once the final payment is made you will receive a comprehensive travel pack plus an extensive guest manual is also provided at the villa.

Local activities in and around Bodrum, Aegean Coast
The unspoilt and picturesque bay of Gumusluk is only a 5 min drive away. Relax on the beach during the day and wade across the shallow causeway to Rabbit Island for stunning views over the bay. This is a protected area and is great for snorkeling and spotting the sunken underwater remains of Myndos. You can dine out at the fabulous water-side restaurants and enjoy tasty fresh fish dishes or chill-out in one of the local, laid-back cafe bars.
Yalikavak offers many facilities and amenities such as bars, over 60 restaurants, modern marina, shops and supermarkets but retains its lovely Turkish charm and culture with it pretty bazaar area, traditional Turkish coffee shops, little fishing boats and a colourful weekly market
Turgetreis (approx 15 mins drive away) is the 2nd largest town on the Peninsula and hosts a huge market each Saturday. Alternatively chill-out on the beach in the laid back bays of Bitez, Ortakent or Golturkbuku – known as the St Tropez of the Bodrum Peninsula (all within easy reach of the villa). For family fun, in Bodrum there is a great waterpark and there's also a bowling alley, amusement arcade and cinema at the Oasis Shopping Centre.
History lovers should take a visit to St Peter’s Castle, Bodrum to view the underwater archaeology museum or why not arrange a trip to Ephesus, the largest & best preserved ancient city in Turkey. Other interesting excursions include the white calcium terraces of Pammukale and the mud baths at Dalyan.
The fast ferry from Bodrum to Kos, Greece means that you can experience 2 countries during one day of your holiday. Plus there are lots of local boat trips which are a perfect way to cool down with the lovely sea breezes. These take you many beaches and coves, offer amazing coastal views and usually include lunch.
There are plenty of activities and excursions on offer in this area including tennis, scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing, golf, horse riding, jeep safaris, Turkish baths, plus much more!!
Directions will be supplied in the travel pack once your final payment has cleared. The villa is located 10 mins from Yalikavak just off the road to Gumusluk at Koyunbaba Bay (5 mins from Gumusluk).

Rental Notes: The changeover day is flexible to accommodate the different flying days. Although we have a standard check-in time of 4pm and check-out of 10am, we will always try to be flexible around your flight times (subject to existing bookings).
Deposit of 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed. The remaining balance is payable 10 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £100. If booking within 10 weeks of your travel date, this is classed as a late booking and the total rental amount is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
Payment is to be paid by bank transfer or cheque in £sterling. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not change. However, we reserve the right to change the published prices for new bookers during the holiday season depending on availability.
You must have your own personal travel insurance for all members of the travelling party which incorporates the duration of the stay.
