The house is situated on the championship La Finca Golf Resort with clubhouse, restaurant, coffee shop and golf shop.
There are also bars, restaurants, banks, a hair and beauty salon, garden centre, supermarket and a shop offering car hire, excursion trips etc. Car hire is recommended although taxis are available at very reasonable rates.
The villages of Algorfa, Los Montesinos and the urbanisation of Quesada are all 5 minutes drive away where there is something for everyone, with lots of different restaurants, bars, shops, waterpark, Spa Hotel.
Local markets - 5 minutes drive away: Saturdays, Almoradi and Sundays, just down the road on the way to San Miguel
10 minutes drive away there is a fantastic shopping mall called Habeneras with 3 floors of shops. There is also a bowling alley, cinema, water park, casino and many bars and restaurants.
The area is a golfers paradise. The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of beauty and with fantastic views.Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca golf course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small.
In addition, the course has a reserve hole so that, in the event that one of the holes has to be closed off unexpectedly, players are still able to complete a full 18-hole round.
Several lakes with running water and reed beds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game.
The 6,394 metre La Finca golf course is THE course on the Costa Blanca to play. On the 5th you must hit the ball onto an island green and 17th is protected by a large lake. Golf at La Finca costs a little more than average for the area but the experience makes it well worth while. A "must" to play.
The golf resorts of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar are 20 minutes drive away.
Aquopolis Water Park
Next to Habeneras shopping mall in Torrevieja. Fun for all the family with river rapids, kamikaze slides, water slides, hydro massage and wave machines
The safari park is located off the Santa Pola motorway near Elche, it has many species of animals such as elephants, giraffes, tigers, lions, etc. There is also an Aquarium and Reptile House

Rental Notes: A £100 non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks in advance of holiday.
An addition €60 for cleaning is also required and should be paid locally at the end of the holiday. This includes a welcome pack of bread, milk, water, butter, 6 eggs and coffee. A more substantial welcome pack can be provided on request.
£100 will be refunded once keys have been returned and house inspected for damage or the need for excessive cleaning.
Extra days are charged at £50 per day
