It is a newly constructed villa, perched on the quiet hills of Les issambres, situated between Saint-Tropez and Cannes and overlooking the Mediterranean sea with a beautiful view. The four bedroom villa comfortably sleeps eight people. It is equipped with a private pool, 9mx4.5m, which has the latest safety device and a deck for sunbathing with lounge chairs.
The garden around is shadowed by mediterranean trees and entirely closed with a fence. There is parking for 2 cars in the property. The villa is 7 minutes far from the center of the village and sand beaches by car. It is 15 km far from Saint Raphael, the nearest railway TGV station and 70 km from Nice international airport by the highway. The village displays typical shops and a market street, many restaurants, one discotheque and useful services such as banks, post office, tourist office, drugstore and doctors. Along the village are large sandy beaches as well as little creeks shadowed by umbrella pines.
The four bedroom villa is located in a very quiet and green place. It is organized on 2 floors communicating with internal stairs. The entry of the house is on the second floor. It leads directly to the living room which is opened one side to a large south facing terrace where you will enjoy having lunch looking out at the sea and the pool. On the other side it communicates with the kitchen through a little bar. The modern kitchen is entirely equipped (oven, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen machine). The living room is air conditioned and equipped with DVD-TV. There are two bedrooms at the same floor, with two shower rooms and separate toilets.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor with two other bedrooms, one shower room and separate toilets. Both rooms have french windows opening onto the garden. At each floor one bedroom has a double bed, the other has twinbeds. all bedding is new and there are cupboards in each room.
The swimming pool is surrounded by modern tiles decks and by grass areas with beautiful mediterranean flowers.
During your holidays you can enjoy many activities within a few kilometers: play tennis, go sailing from Les Issambres, practice golf, or go hiking. There is also a thalassotherapy center in the village. Two water theme parks are opened nearby, Aquatica at Frejus and Aqualand at Ste Maxime.
The place is convenient to visit the famous costal resorts of the French Riviera, Saint-tropez, Port-Grimaud, Nice and Monaco and also typical inland villages of Provence. Nearby are the old villages of Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Roquebrune and Fayence. Not too far is the impressive Grand Canyon du Verdon, very much worth to visit. You can also plan oneday trips to Marseille or Aix en Provence, which are both very typical cities of the south of France.

A 800 pounds deposit either by check or by cash will be required upon arrival and will be refunded after your stay provided no breakage occurred.
