Florida villa rental, 3½ miles from Walt Disney World resort in secure exclusive location. Our 4-bedroom 3-bathroom superior executive home sleeps up to 8 in comfort with 2 master en-suite bedrooms. Fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard, with 30’ x 15’ heated private pool and spa.
Recently extensively refurbished with new bed linen, new sofas, new 42" TV, Internet access, Blu-Ray DVD, new Lounge Carpet, new crockery and utensils.
From February 2009 a Games Room will be installed.
In addition a Disney Themed room wil be available from February 2009, this is a twin bed room.

The front of the Villa
The villa has two large en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms share a third bathroom.
The main bedroom has its own dressing room and has direct access to the pool.
There is a large lounge/dining area with an integral well fitted kitchen. Children are catered for with a protective fence to ensure they do not get access to the pool unless accompanied.
There is a double garage for parking your hire car.
The site is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants (40 minute walk on the flat). For those unable to walk this far there is a taxi service provided with a $10 set fee.
Windsor Palms is considered to be the best private villa resort in Orlando, offering the security of a 24-hour manned gatehouse and free unlimited membership to the recreation facilities and clubhouse which include games room, gym, 58-seat cinema, large community pool and spa, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, children’s play area and much more.
The access to Disney World is very near to this property, it is only 3.5 miles away (a slow 10 minute drive)

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. A fantastically fitted out kitchen. You can create whatever you need in the well appointed kitchen. We have recently replaced all crockery and utensils. In addition we have replaced pans and trays.
General:
Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. High Speed (6Gb) Internet access has been installed in the villa. The Air Con doubles as a heating system.

Seating for 8. You should not need to eat in as there are so many eating outlets close by, such as Outback, Perkins, TGI Fridays, Giordanos, Red Lobster and Taste of China but if you do there is ample seating for 8.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Table Tennis, Tennis Court. Some of the entertainment is at the neighbouring communal building. Only a 5 minute stroll. We are installing a games room for 2009.

There are shops and restaurants nearby at Formosa Gardens Boulevard Shopping Mall. Restaurants include Outback Steak House, Taste of China, Giordano Italian Restaurant, TGI Friday, Subway, Red Lobster, Taco Bell and a Japanese Retaurant.
A massive Winn Dixie Supermarket will cater for your every need.
A Jungle Golf (Mini/Crazy Golf) area is also near the shops.
Windsor Palms has an extensive clubhouse that all guests have membership to. Activities include:
