Sundance is a truly spectacular villa that was built and designed by one of Spain’s most famous architects. It has won the House of the Year title twice in the last 6 years and really is a class above the rest.

Entrance to the villa is through large double electric gates, which leads straight onto a circular drive, the centre piece being a wonderful water fountain which sparkles when the droplets catch the sunshine.
The grand entrance hall is a breath taking vision of opulence. The black and white marble layered double staircase sweeps up to a landing that overlooks both the hall and the lavish lounge from two small balcony points. The lounge is unique with its 20ft-high vaulted ceiling, over-sized leather sofas, white marbled fireplace and views of the outdoor heated swimming pool and sun terraces.
An enormous hand made kitchen and dining area is an integral and central part of this amazing Spanish house. Tiled in a beautiful and traditional style throughout with granite work surfaces and a vast island, this kitchen makes for a great place to spend time with family and friends whilst enjoying any meal of the day. Adjacent to the eatery is a spacious dining room which comfortably seats eight people. An exquisite glass chandelier hangs above the darkly varnished table and looks magnificent when reflected in the elongated mirror.
The ground floor also comprises of a games rooms with full sized pool table and a library filled with an ample choice of books and a mahogany writing desk. There are eight bedrooms which are split between the two floors. Upstairs, four generously sized double bedrooms occupy the space which share two luxury bathrooms. Spectacular views of the Spanish countryside can be enjoyed from any room.
Downstairs provides a further two immense double bedrooms both with sumptuous en-suite bathrooms. Bunk beds can be found in the last bedroom which is primarily aimed at children.
Sundance is fully air-conditioned and outside the large south facing swimming pool also has its own extensive kitchen bar area and BBQ terrace. The abundant gardens can be enjoyed from the plentiful seating dotted around on the sun terrace.

Villa Sundance is not suitable for the disabled with wheelchairs and whilst it is suitable to the elderly, guests should be advised that there are many steps in and around the villa.
Local activities in and around Javea, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Located just a short dive away from this special villa-mansion are many activities designed to suit all tastes. The beaches of Javea are renowned for their ‘blue flag’ title and provide a huge array of water sports to choose from. To the north, sailing and boat hire can be arranged whilst in the south, the sea offers a superb diving experience. The beaches are mostly fine and sandy and are perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun.
There are two golf course located close to Sundance both providing 18 hole courses and excellent facilities. Each course provides a unique experience with well thought out designs aimed at all levels of golf enthusiast. Javea has a tennis club which boasts 4 floodlit tennis courts with a choice of clay or asphalt surfaces. Guests can also enter into a game of paddle tennis which is played with a softer ball, similar to squash. The club also has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
