Villa Juanjo was completed and fully refurbished in August 2006 to an exceptionally high standard. Located in a beautiful area of Javea, Spain and with lovely views of the Spanish countryside, Juanjo is suitable for families and couples alike.

The grounds of villa Juanjo are occupied with a private outdoor swimming pool and stunning palm tree gardens that are maintained through out the year. From the outside, Juanjo is painted a tranquuil, apple green colour.
Internally Juanjo is different because it is an upside-down house. This basically means that all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor leading straight out to the swimming pool and lush gardens. The first floor comprises of the main living area and dining terrace area which offers superb views of Javea town, the mountains and beyond.
Each of the bedrooms is a double room and all are exceptionally airy and light with floor to ceiling patio French doors leading either straight down to the swimming pool or onto a small tiled patio, looking out into the gardens. To reach the upstairs and main living area there are external stairs running up along side the villa, covered in the traditional terracotta tiles which are used in abundance in Spanish housing or via the internal stairs.
The main living area is styled in a modern manor with the living room, kitchen and dining area all being one large open plan room. The sofas are made of luxury leather and there is a wide screen satellite TV in the corner. The kitchen is simplistic yet functional and allows for preparation of any meal through out the day. The dining area is featured around a ample large wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the company of friends and family. This rooms leads out onto the terraced balcony which is covered but also features superb views of the Spanish countryside and parts of Javea.

Local activities in and around Javea, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Located just a short dive away from this special villa-mansion are many activities designed to suit all tastes.
The beaches of Javea are renowned for their ‘blue flag’ title and provide a huge array of water sports to choose from. To the north, sailing and boat hire can be arranged whilst in the south, the sea offers a superb diving experience. The beaches are mostly fine and sandy and are perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun.
There are two golf course located close to Sundance both providing 18 hole courses and excellent facilities. Each course provides a unique experience with well thought out designs aimed at all levels of golf enthusiast.
Javea has a tennis club which boasts 4 floodlit tennis courts with a choice of clay or asphalt surfaces. Guests can also enter into a game of paddle tennis which is played with a softer ball, similar to squash. The club also has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
