The villa has lovely views of the communal pool and landscaped gardens from its private patio area, while the balconies of the villa offer views to the sea.
The sea itself is only 100 metres away and along here is a lovely cycle track leading to Caleta’s main beach and continuing along to the Atlantico Shopping centre. Where there a selection of restaurants, bars, main supermarket and another lovely sandy beach with beach bar restaurants.
The patio area of the villa is perfectly equipped for the complete al fresco dining experience and to enjoy the all year round canarian sunshine.
The villa’s accommodation comprises of a large lounge/dining room which has satellite television which offers freeview and movies, DVD player and music centre with several DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment.
The villa also includes a playstation 2 for the kids (and the kids in all of us). From the lounge is a cloak room with toilet and handbasin.
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and offers air conditioning throughout the property.
You will also find that the villa has all those home from home comforts that ensure you have the perfect villa holiday. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine and table and chairs. This Leads to a private patio with patio table and chairs and sunbeds.
Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with private balconies, one with partial sea view and double bed, the other with twin beds and a generous family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
Lower floor consists of second lounge leading to twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together as headboards are not fixed) with en suite shower room and toilet. An additional full sized single foldaway bed is available.
