This is a beautifully renovated, light and airy cottage, set in a tiny rural hamlet. Within walking distance of the very pretty village of Lizio, designated 'A Petite Cite de Caractere', with bar, restaurant, creperie and mini market for bread and essentials, and a number of tourist attractions. Ten minutes drive from the lovely chateau town of Josselin, and Ploermel, both of which have large supermarkets together with shops, cafes and restaurants
Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen area including washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. French doors lead to the patio with garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ, the garden area is private, but not enclosed. The comfortable lounge area has two double settees, TV and DVD, together with a music system. There are also a number of DVD's and CD's, and a large library of books. The dining area has an oak table and six chairs.

Upstairs there is one twin and one double bedroom with a king size bed. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space, and the larger room has a double futon, in addition to the main bed. There is a modern bathroom containing a bath with shower over.
Electric convector heaters are fitted throughout.
A welcome pack of essentials awaits you! It also has central heating if booking off peak season. Patio windows lead to the patio with garden furniture, parasol & BBQ. The garden is private but not enclosed.
Local Activities: The beautiful town of Josselin is only a ten minute drive. Josselin boasts a fine chateau overlooking the Nantes - Brest canal. You can also visit the historic basilica of Notre-dame-du-Roncier or sample the bustling Saturday morning street market.
Lac au Duc 15 mins away which offers fishing, various water sports and golf. You can also hire a pedalo and swim at the man made beach in the height of summer . The Hortensia Trail offers a unique opportunity to view over fifty varieties of hydrangea as part of an idyllic walk alongside the lake.
Auray & Vannes, With their bustling harbour, fabulous restaurants and art galleries, Auray is well worth a visit. Vannes with its ramparts, beautiful formal gardens, aquarium and fine restaurants, shouldn't be missed.
Beaches The beaches in the Gulf du Morbihan, along the southern coast of Brittany, are famous for their golden sand and clean waters. Carnac is one such example of the beautiful beaches to be found within easy driving distance. Quiberon offers both family friendly sands and rugged coastline popular with surfers.
Malestroit Beautiful old town with the canal running through it and a bustling Thursday morning market, 15 minutes drive away.
