The cottage has open plan ground floor with a well suppied kitchen area including a dishwasher, with seperate dining area and access through patio doors to the sunny terrace.
Downstairs there is also a lounge area with settee and arm chairs to enable 5 to sit and relax in comfort. There is a television, video and dvd player and an expansive range of dvd films to suit all ages and tastes.
Downstairs cloakroom and toilet.
Upstairs the main bedroom has 2 single beds and a balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunk beds.
Large upstairs shower-room with a toilet and washbasin.
Outside the sunny garden is fully enclosed and has access to the swimming pool, shared with a small number of the private residences in the complex.
