Within walking distance of the cottage is the town quayside on the creek that leads to the wide stretch of sailing waters of Carrick roads and Falmouth Bay. Here a variety of traditional craft are moored next to the modern Jubilee Wharf with its café and shops.
Falmouth is within a 10 minute drive and is a fantastic location for all ages with its fabulous choice of beaches, challenging golf course and the National Maritime Museum. Situated along a quiet narrow street, off the Penryn to Falmouth road, Corner Cottage enjoys a relaxed location away from the hustle and bustle. The cottages exudes traditional character and charm with its thick stone walls, exposed beams and low and sloping ceilings.
The sitting room has a relaxed and homely atmosphere with comfortable modern seating, newly fitted soft beige carpeting and the real flame gas wood burner ensures it is a cosy retreat on cooler evenings. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and the sun lounge which also functions as a dining area overlooks a private enclosed garden, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening barbecue.
A bathroom with overhead shower completes the accommodation on the ground floor whilst upstairs are two pretty bedrooms.
