The Courtyard Annex: Seeps four. Self-contained villa with its own front terrace doors. Entry can also be via the spiral staircase from the Mail house.
The Courtyard Annex is available for rental in addition to, or separate from, the Main House.

Outside: Exceptional views of Lanzarote and beyond. Large pergola-shaded marble floored ballustraded veranda terraces. Extensive sunbathing terraces offering sun all day from dawn till dusk. The villa is wonderfully peaceful, with 3000+ square metres of garden with no neighbours.
Both (or either) parts of the villa come with the use of the secluded heated swimming pool with roman steps, the outside sunken jacuzzi and barbecue with Moroccan chimney.
On-site parking. Entry phone system. Car hire essential. The villas and grounds are in an elevated position and not overlooked. Clothes are not needed anywhere. Entire site is 4070 M2 of which 475 M2 is built.

Change over day is usually Thursday to Thursday. Other times/days can be accommodated.
