This villa offers substantial accommodation as well as high quality furnishings and fittings. The fully fitted kitchen is of a high standard and there is also a separate utility room. The lounge has ample room to seat 6 people and has a fireplace and the separate dining room offers the ideal location for family dining inside. There are three bedrooms, including one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower, and two further double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a well equipped family bathroom.

From the lounge, there is a lovely glazed naya which leads to an open naya/terrace and outside dining area with BBQ and substantial terracing for sunbathing around the pool. Mediterranean gardens surround the enclosed plot and there is ample secure parking.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
 
         
The nearest village is Jalon which is just a five minute walk away. There are supermarkets, banks, newsagents and an English 'Open All Hours' shop. In addition there are several good and economical restaurants and bars. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Alcalali, Parcent, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars

Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de Rates), only a 10 minute drive from the finca. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away.

Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.

There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 20 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moriara 20 mins. Calpe 20 mins. Javea 25 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins

Welcome Pack and Meet and Greet Service are included in the price. There are other Guest Services available including baby equipment hire, car hire and taxi services.

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in pounds, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

A security fee of 300 pounds sterling is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings.

We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit
