The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is equipped with all the usual mod cons including a separate laundry room with an American style fridge freezer. The living room comes fitted with a plasma TV screen and DVD with SKY television and a wonderful closed fireplace. The living room is open plan to the dining room, which has a large dining room table.
The master bedroom is accessed just off the dining room via its own study and boasts its own snug or den, with a sofa and chair and a further plasma TV with DVD and SKY Television. The bathroom is en-suite adjacent to which is a large walk-in wardrobe.
The other 3 bedrooms are just off the entrance hall and are all fitted with 2 single beds. 2 of the rooms can be made into double beds if required. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes.
The lounge/dining room and all of the bedrooms except one, have access to the outside terraces, swimming pool and gardens. The terrace comes with plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs and parasols. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra €200 per week.
The owners are very proud of their home and have furnished it to a very high standard. Having their own children they understand that the little ones and not so little ones need to be entertained so they have provided a table tennis table, table football table and plenty of swimming pool toys.
The villa offers you the ideal family getaway in luxury, peaceful surroundings while only being 10 minutes from the hub of cosmopolitan Lagos and only 7 minutes from the motorway exit.
