Superb 3 bedroom waterfront villa with private pool in Punta Gorda Isles a quiet exclusive deed restricted community that provides a good location to explore the Gulf Coast Islands, Gulf Coast beaches and the whole of South West Florida.
Our detached villa is located in a quiet residential area and yet is within a short drive of shops, restaurants and many leisure facilities like tennis and golf. Famous Fishermen's Village is about a 5 minute drive. There is a small beach park also within a 5 minute drive with the larger Gulf Coast beaches being within about a 30 to 40 minutes away. As well as our own private pool we have our own boat dock which is ideal for those guests who like boating and fishing.
The living room, master bedroom suite and family/dining room all open to the pool and outside living area great for al fresco dining or relaxing on the loungers.
The rear of the villa faces South and has views across the saltwater canal where dolphins ocassionally play or Florida sunsets may be seen and the whole villa is surrounded by irrigated subtropical gardens.

Punta Gorda is a very good location for exploring the whole of South West Florida. Although a quiet mainly second home/retirement area there is a wide variety of pursuits to undertake from shopping to eating out, from the cinema to boat trips, from fishing to boating (even hiring your own boat and mooring it at our private dock) from walking to wildlife, from tennis to golf or just relaxing by our private pool or lazing on a quiet beach. There is something for everyone to do at Punta Gorda. A day trip to Orlando or the Everglades is also possible

Visit the shops and restaurants at Fishermen's Village about 5 minutes away from our villa by car.
Hire a boat and have it delivered to our private boat dock. Visit a quiet Gulf Island and spend time on the beach. Visit a marina restaurant. Watch dolphins, fish or just watch the amazing sunsets. Special rates for our guests please enquire.
