This cottage is a fantastic cottage located on the heart of East Looe, yet set back in a quiet residential street. The beach is about a 3 minute walk!
Tregay Cottage is a welcome new addition to our portfolio. With it's light and airy rooms and great location, this makes for a perfect family holiday destination! The cottage is very versatile because it has two lounges, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor has a double sofa bed and the ground floor has a double futon, so it can sleep 6. You may wish to use the ground floor lounge for a teenager that wants their own space, or for grandparents that would like some peace and quiet!
There is a shower room off this room and so it could double up as an en-suite. Upstairs you will find the other lounge which combines the dining space (seating for six) and the kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and this is also where the main bathroom is located. Both lounges have flatscreen TV's and there is a playstation console, as well as DVD player. Although there is no parking with this cottage you can unload very near and can then park either in the harbour car park (1 minute walk) or the Millpool car park (5 mins approx.) which is approx. £24.00 per week. Tregay Cottage comes highly recommended!
