A spacious double and a large twin both en-suite, furnished to a high standard with quality bed linen and towels provided. Downstairs a spacious dining kitchen, opening onto a patio. Upstairs there is a Lounge with Football table and balcony overlooking the sea! What more could you ask for!!The house is totally kitted out with everything you need to make your holiday stress free. DVD and Freeview & WiFi.
The garden is tastefully planted and there is a balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. Parking for two cars.

Not Suitable For Wheelchairs, Sorry - No Pets Allowed, Sorry - No Smokers.
As there are steps to climb into the property, also has a balcony with a drop to the garden; it would not be suitable for small children or the infirm. Sorry No Dogs allowed.
Local activities in and around Pwllheli, North Wales
The house is set on the Dunes so it's a 60yard dash to the sea for your morning swim.
We are only 5 mins walk to Pwllheli Golf Course. There is a Swimming Pool at the local leisure centre with tennis courts. The town has a Cinema and Library; various Pubs and Restaurants to suit all budgets.
Pwllheli has a fabulous Marina and Abersoch has Water sports and Dingy Sailing in the Summer. You can also go deep sea fishing from Pwllheli or take a boat out to see the Dolphins. We are surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and low lying hills, ideal for short or long walks. Our property is situated on the Coastal Path and is ideal for walkers and bird watchers.
Snowdonia National park is only 30 mins away. Visit The beautiful Italianti Village of Port Meirion, and ride on the Stream Train at Port Madog.
From Manchester take M56 to Bangor, then head for Caernafon - then Pwllheli. . After Asda turn left at the Co-op ; first right signposted Golf Club; down a narrow lane, at T juntion turn left.
