Fabulous Cotswold Country Estate - with a Gorgeous 17th Century Manor House
Cottage with 8 Bedrooms, Sleeps 16, Garden
A fabulous 70 acre Cotswold country estate with organic parkland, pasture and woodland and a gorgeous 17th Century, Grade II listed manor house at its heart. Magnificent countryside views and total privacy. The Old Manor House is exquisitely situated in the middle of its own parkland and is approached through powered cast iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined driveway passing a beautiful wildlife pond and 2 streams.
The estate specialises in breeding endangered species of cattle, sheep, goats and chickens. Families will delight in viewing at close quarters some of our most attractive and historic British breeds.
Children will love the docile Gloucester cattle, the Brahma chickens with their big feathery feet and the magnificent, critically-endangered Bagot Goats. We also breed local Cotswold sheep (traditionally known as the 'Cotswold Lion') which produce gorgeous fluffy lambs lambs every spring.
