This attractive detached barn has been converted to provide modern and airy accommodation. It has an open plan living area with wood burner and striking double height windows. Floors, stairs and feature galleried landing are all made of oak. There is an enclosed garden and patio plus a deck with outdoor hot tub ready for year round use.

Guests have access to the surrounding 20 acres of organic farmland at times grazed by sheep and cows. There is also a large enclosed games field with play equipment for small children.

This is excellent walking country - four paths lead from the grounds over countryside from where they link with a magnificent network of paths including the spectacular Dorset Coast Path, running through the area now designated a World Heritage Site and known as The Jurassic Coast. The historic stone village of Corfe Castle is just 1.1/2 miles away with restaurants, shops and pubs.
The scenic swanage steam railway passes through the valley close to Woodyhyde. The town of Swanage with its sandy beach and traditional seaside resort attraction including pier and summer Punch and Judy is just 4.5 miles away. The magnificent countryside and sandy beaches of the Studland Penninsula, managed and owned by the National Trust are just 7 miles away.
There are watersports in season at Poole, Bournemouth, Studland and Swanage. Fishing and horse riding and bike hire are all nearby and there are several golf courses within easy reach. Also castles to visit at Corfe and Lulworth and as well as Sandy beaches there are rock pools at Lulworth Cove and Kimmeridge bay. Fun days out at Monkey World, The Tank Museum and The Steam Railway are all available in easy travelling distance.
