Superb quality gîte in a quiet village location only 3 miles from the beach, ideally suited to a family holiday. The cottage is located near the coast, only 3 miles from the beach resort of Brétignolles sur mer.
Comfortable and spacious character gîte with enclosed back garden. Recently renovated, the cottage is full of old world charm with modern fittings and conveniences, including UK satellite TV and washing machine.
The Old Cottage
From the back garden there is a path leading to the swings and heated swimming pool and extensive landscaped gardens which surround the pool.
The gîte is fully furnished with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, infra-red hob, UK TV and a DVD player. The accommodation has a spacious lounge dining area with TV and sofa, kitchen area, separate bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. The inside walls of the gîte have the stones exposed giving the accommodation a rustic but modern feel (lounge dining area, pictured below).
The gîte includes the following facilities: Kitchen/ dining room with English/ French TV and DVD player. Fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, infra-red hob and electric oven. Washing machine. Shower room, WC and washbasin. Two bedrooms (one double bed, 3 single beds and cot if required/ plus sofa bed in lounge). Patio table, chairs and parasol. Concrete BBQ. Fenced garden (lawn).
Convenient access to landscaped gardens, orchard, walled garden, children's play area and swimming pool. Excellent views of the ancient 12 century church.
Private parking: There is private parking next to the gite and convenient access to the heated swimming pool, landscaped gardens, orchard and children's play area.
