Once the private chapel to the owner's detached Victorian farmhouse, now converted to offer spacious, self-contained accommodation in a quiet setting. All ground floor accommodation with a step up to the shower room.
Location: In a secluded valley, amidst some of East Devon's most beautiful countryside, about 7 minutes drive from beaches at Beer and Branscombe.
Accommodation: Garden approach to private entrance. Approx. 20' x 40' open plan room has a beamed vaulted ceiling with living/dining area at one end and sleeping area at the other. Comfortable suite, colour TV and woodburner for log fires. Oak dining table overlooks the garden. Double bed, single bed plus a single folding bed. Separate fitted galley kitchen with pine units, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, and microwave. Shower room with cubicle, basin and WC.
Outside: Walled garden to the front of the property (shared). Guests are welcome to explore the fields, tracks and woodland surrounding the property. Ideal location for walkers, bird and nature enthusiasts. Plentiful parking and easy access to A3052 road.
Restrictions: A small, very well controlled pet is welcome but by prior agreement only (resident dogs, game birds and lifestock).
