Bedroom 3 with single bed leading through to Sun room, formerly an artist's studio, makes Bedroom 4 with single bed and door to garden. Bathroom with bath, shower and basin. Separate WC with basin.
Outside: Paved patio with garden furniture. Access through fields to beach. Hard standing parking for 1 car. Just a few minutes walk to the famous Mason's Arms Inn.
Restrictions: Friday to Friday bookings. Regret unsuitable for pets or smokers. May not be suitable for very young children as steep steps in garden.
