Location: The Old Barn is part of the Rockenhayne Farmstead, set in a beautiful broadleafed wooded valley within 2.5 miles of Branscombe beach. The village of Branscombe has two local hostelries, a post office/store. Beer the little fishing village with the big heart is only a 10 minute drive away.
