All the charm and history of Dinan's half-timbered buildings, monasteries, river port and castle are at your doorstep.
The Grand Salon features high ceilings, tall windows, large stone wood-burning fireplace, granite stone walls, polished terracotta tile floors, and antique pine furnishings.
A separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and features traditional Breton granite worktop, pine dresser, table and chairs.
Three airy bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests (there is also an infant cot). One 4-poster double bedroom and one double bedroom have views overlooking the Ramparts and feature oak floors, tall windows and ceiling fans for comfortable sleeping. The third bedroom has twin beds, exposed oak and stone wall, oak floors, tall window, ceiling fan and faces the cobbled rue Michel.
A large modern tiled bathroom features over-size shower, WC and double washbasins. There is an additional WC and washbasin in the entry hall.
Hunting for a parking space can be a nuissance in the popular Historic District, but there is an easy access private garage and parking space immediately at the rear of the villa.

It is Brittany's most visited destination next to Mont St. Michel.
The charming hamlet of Lehon is an easy riverside walk and features the oldest castle in Brittany, an ancient abbey, and a large modern outdoor pool!
Uncrowded white sandy beaches are nearby just to the north (35 kms). Bike riding along the towpath in the Rance River valley offers the chance to explore the old mills and hamlets that are such a unique part of unspoilt Brittany.
