Family sized kitchen/diner with fitted units, electric cooking, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 is large and has a double bed and good sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin singles and good sea views. Bedroom 3 also has twin singles. Bathroom has bath, wash basin and WC.
This is a sunny, spacious, south facing apartment with a wonderful view of the famous Cobb area, the centre of activity for fishermen and sailors alike. Much loved and used by the family that have owned it for many years, the apartment is not luxurious, but comfortable and well equipped.
