This pueblo villa is situated on Oasis de Capistrano one of the most attractive and desirable locations in Nerja. There are two swimming pools plus a childrens paddling pool set in extensive and very attractive sub tropical gardens . The main pool has a restaurant and bar adjoining and there is another restaurant on the Oasis.There is direct access to Burriana beach by a path The community office is also situated near the pool as are two boules courts. The community employs its own security personnel and there is ample parking on the circular estate road.
An old aquaduct borders the Oasis carrying irrigation water for the adjoining cultivated land which stretches all the way to the village of Maro, giving us an open outlook onto farmland and the sea.
The property is approached down two short flights of steps and after entering is on one level.There is a twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom to the rear of the property with views over the garden A double bedded room with french doors to the terrace and a lounge with dining area which also has french doors to the terrace. There is a modern well equippped kitchen and the house has a further shower room. The large terrace contains a table and 4 chairs parasols and sunbeds and faces south.
The property has been modernised and refurbished. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and chest of drawers, giving ample storage and the double bedroom has a built in safe. The property is well furnished and maintained throughout.

Seating for 4. . Meals may be taken inside or out on the terrace. Both tables are large enough to accomodate up to two extra place settings.

Local activities in and around Nerja, Costa del Sol - Malaga
Burriana beach is the main Nerja beach and can be accessed directly on foot by path from the Oasis or by car. It has most activities associated with the sea including para gliding and water skiing and also a good selection of beach resaurants and bars. There are various other beaches up and down the coast and in Nerja itself. Most have some facilities
Many people enjoy walking locally. There is good hill walking for the more energetic. There is a pavement all the way to Maro where the famous caves are well worth a visit and Maro itself is a very attractive village .
The Balcon de Europa is the place to be on a summer's evening when locals and toursts alike flock to it . There is often entertainment on later in the evening and it is a pleasant place to visit at any time of day. For the young and young at heart there are several nightclubs . For the more energetic there are tennis courts opposite Nerja club hotel near the house and at the opposite side of the town beside the main Supersol are the public boules courts at which you can rent a court and boules. Further afield there are all sorts of interesting places to visit as diverse as the waterslides at Torre del mar and the wonderful Alhambra in Granada. The coast has something for everyone. Nerja itself is a relaxing destination mainly for couples and families but with plenty of activities ,restaurants and cafes to suit all age groups and tastes.
