The Haven is a high quality house with every home comfort imaginable. Situated at 42 Marine Parade, Millport, it has one of the best locations on the whole island with outstanding views of Arran, Little Cumbrae Island and the whole of Millport Bay.
The Haven is situated right on the water front and enjoys sunny aspects in both the front and back gardens all day long.
The house is large and very comfortable. It is extremely well appointed and has Broadband Internet Access and Sky TV. It also benefits from a modern central heating system throughout.

The Lounge is very big with a modern wood burning stove and large TV with Sky Subscription. There is also a DVD player and CD player.
The extremely large Kitchen/Diner with a full utility room off to the rear comprises TV, large dining table to seat 8, fridge freezer, separate fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, large selection of crockery and cutlery, couches to relax in. All in all, a very comfortable separate living area.
The Bathroom has a king sized bath and further separate shower cubicle.
The Master Bedroom is sea-facing and large enough to comfortably accommodate a double and single bed. There are 2 separate en-suite areas. The first is a separate toilet with sink and the second is a modern shower area with racked storage for towels, clothing, etc.
The Twin Bedroom is large and has twin beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The Single Bedroom is very comfortable and has a single bed with a chest of drawers. The Small Double Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Outside Space - There is a large private rear garden with secure fencing for toddlers and young children. The Large Front Garden is divided by a path with secure fencing for toddlers and young children.
Thw wonderful Sunny Patio area is accessed by patio doors from the Kitchen Diner. It is furnished with table and chairs with plenty of space for your whole party. This is a very private area where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst soaking up the the sun and enjoying breathtaking views.

The Haven is only a few hundred yards walk from the centre of Millport - which has an excellent range of shops, bank, post office, restaurants and several public houses! Sailing, fishing, golf, cycling, walking, bird watching.
Board the Cumbrae ferry at Largs for the 10 minute crossing. On exiting the ferry turn left. After approx 4 miles you will start to see houses on your right. The Haven is the 7th house along.
