The property is one of eight in a semi-rural setting below the mountain village of Catalkoy but on level ground with its own spacious landscaped gardens and private swimming pool It has an open outlook, to the rear, of the Kyrenia mountains and from the front directly to the sea. Kyrenia (Girne) lies about 10 minutes by car to the east along the main coast road. There are local shops and restaurants nearby but the main shopping centre is Kyrenia.
The accommodation is light and airy with comfortable and attractive furnishings. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open plan. The lounge and master bedroom have patio doors on to the large terrace which also has an ample covered area for hot summer days. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes with shelving and the house is generally very well equipped.The master bedroom is ensuite. Korfez beach is within walking distance with facilities including a restaurant. The more highly developed Acapulco beach is 5 minutes away by car.

Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. This is a relaxing destination suitable for families, couples and those who like outdoor pursuits. There are a few night clubs in the area. There are several casinos.

Local activities in and around Catalkoy, Northern Cyprus
All the usual beach activities are available including paragliding and sub aqua.in the clear waters . There are various historical sites including Bellapais Abbey and the Roman city of Salamis near Famagusta (Gazamagusa) to name but two. There are still unspoiled areas of the Karpaz peninsula to visit where life continues much as it has for centuries. You may,howener, want to do nothing more energetic than sit with a drink admiring beautiful Kyrenia harbour.
