The house is placed in a very small, quiet village of the mid-mountain (700 metres) in the Italian Appennino Umbria-Marche. Inside the national ''Park of Sibilliini Mountains'', the house is ideal for rest in all seasons and permit to skying in winter. In summer the seaside, Adriatic Sea, is at 70 km. Ideal for children playing. The village is very small and has non even a bar. Nearest place for shopping is at only four km. Cars in the village are very rear and this gives the ideal quiet to the village.
The house was completely restored in 1995 and has at the ground floor the bathroom, the kitchen and the dining room. Italian typical ''cotto'' of Tuscany for the basement and wood and cotto for the ceilings. At the first floor there are twoo bedrooms, one matrimonial and one smaller ideal for children. In the outskirts of the house you can goes for a not difficult ride only going out of the house on foot: you don't need bringing the car. A patio is ahead of the house.
You can ride between trees and woods, and breathe a wonderful air in all seasons. If you are keen of trekking there are rides more difficult in the outskirts that you can goes by yourself or trekking organized by the Sibillini Parks conductors. If you are keen of arts, at 70 km you have the city of Assisi, city of St.Francesco of Assisi, with her wonderful churchs and paintings. And many others arethe artistical attractions in the outskirts. If you are keen of skying, sky racetrack with skylift are at 20 km in winter.
The house has a boiler immediately going so that you can have immediately warm water for the shower and to cook. The house is well furnished with wood so, if you want, you can cook on the fireplace meat and vegetables and all the things you want. But you can light the fireplace even only to sit in a chair and read a good book while the fire goes on. In the dining room you have a sofa to sit in front of the tv, or an armchair to sit and listen music of the stereo (a good collection of internatiol rock and pop Years '70 is present).

2 Double Bedrooms. The matrimonial bedroom has stone walls and ''cotto'' of Tuscany basement. The room is also furnished with tv, armchair. The other bedroom has plaster room, armchair and tv the same. Both are silent.
Bathrooms:
1 Bathroom. The bathroom has been restored in february 2006. It has shower heated by a boiler, so you have always hot water immediately. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine at your disposal.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer. The kitchen has the coocker ans sink structure made of stone and a firewall to make fire, usable also to cook grating meat. Hot water always available. No dishwasher, no oven, there is a microwave.
General:
Real Fire, Central Heating. As you can imagine from the preceding notes, the house is ideal for a good period of rest in a quiet italian country. The house has all the comforts. Rides, artistical attractions and food are good.
Dining:
Seating for 5. The dining rooom has basement and ceiling made of ''cotto'' and wood. An armchair to quitely read or listen to the stereo, a comfortable sofa in front of the tv, carpet for chidren play if you have.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Radio, CD System. The tv has all the principal italian channels, not satellite tv. A stereo player and a good collection of Seventies pop, rock and light music is available, and so radio and and a cd player.
Outside:
Terrace, Garden, Parking. Outside the house there is a little field with a walnut-tree where you can rest and park the car and children can play quietly.

The house is suitable for children who have external and internal space (patio) to play. The house is also suitable for elderly, not for wheel chairs (doors not sufficiently wide and little stairs)
Local activities in and around Pievebovigliana, Marche
The principal local activities are those typical of the country and medium mountain resorts. The house is in a village at 734 metres of altitude, thence ideal for rides that you can make by yourself or organised by the ''Sibillini Park''guides. Rides of half a day, a complete day or even of two days sleeping in some bed and breakfast or agritourism structure. There is a guide-book with all the rides, organised in every period of the year. Spring, summer and autumn rides are to discover wonderful landscapes, winter rides are often on the snow. Skying race-tracks area t twenty km and this is one of the other attractives of the place. You have racetracks both for all kind of skying.
At ten km you have a lake, Fiastra lake, where yuo can make still good rides around the lake, or, if you are kind of fishing, yuo can fish. In summer yuo can reach the beaches of the region Marche Adriatic sea in the quaters of an hour, 70 km. The road are very confortable, four race. The nearest beachis Civitanova Marche, vhere you are well furnished beach, bathouse, bar, restaurants. In the ouskirts there are many cities of artistic and historic importance. First of all Assisi, at 80 km, the city of St.Francesco, Italy's patron. In the Basilica you can see the famous Giotto frescoes. But there are many other artistical masterpieces disseminated in many small cities, for example Spello (70 km) with the wonderful frescoes of Pinturicchio.
In the outskirts of the house, at a few kilometres, some agritouristical structures offer the chance for horses ride for adults or pony rides for childres. At 15 kilometres, at Camerino, you have a large internal pool (6 races of 25 metres) opened from morning to evening in all the seasons. Available also a smaller pool for children inside and another ouside, where you canalso take a sunbath in the green under beach-umbrella staying on a deckchair or a bunk. The structure has naturally also a bar where you can eat first dish and sandwich for lunch.
