Our luxury, large (2500 sq ft) detached 4 bedroom Villa at Ridgewood Lakes Golf Resort has been carefully chosen by us to provide the ultimate holiday experience. Nestling in an area of outstanding beauty with stunning lakes and glorious woodland walks our villa offers everything for your complete enjoyment.
Close to Disney and the other major attractions, Ridgewood Lakes has a wonderful, friendly community with a clubhouse/Eatery, quality Tennis Courts and lovely woodland walks and trails.
The villa has been recently redocorated and upgraded with new furniture and has all the facilities you would expect from a luxury home. The low cost and high quality means it's perfect for Families; Couples and everyone that wants a lovely Villa Holiday.
We always do everything we can to accommodate our guests, so if you have any questions about price, location, facilities and so forth, please contact us-you'll be pleasantly suprised.
Our private, heated swimming pool overlooks the lake and conservation area and has a lovely sunbathing area with table, chairs and sunloungers. You sometimes get Storks and rabbits roaming around.
There are two double bedrooms, (one en suite) and two single rooms each with two single beds. Furthermore, there is an upstairs Childrens Den Area with books, games, TV and Play Station. Naturally there are other cable tv's in abundance.
The community is under 15 minutes from Disney and a little further on to the other major attractions, restaurants and shopping malls.
Our highly professional management company are only 10 minutes drive and are on hand to help with attraction tickets, advice or any other issues. The community of Ridgewood Lakes are warm and friendly and love their golf. Summary of Facilities:Gated community situated in amazing landscaped scenery with Nature Trails. Davenport itself is an ideal location for the best of holidays. Only 50 kms from the lovey beaches of Tampa, 15 Minutes from Disney and a little further for the multitude of other activities in Orlando.
People often forget downtown Orlando with the bars, live music and nightlife, so as you can see" there's too much to do and not enough time".

Rental Notes: A booking deposit of £150.00 per week booked is required and the full balance payable a minimum of eight weeks before departure. Our management company will take a security deposit on arrival that is refunded after you vacate the villa subject to checking the villa and its contents.
