Modern Shaker-style fitted kitchen with larder fridge, microwave and slot-in electric oven with ceramic hob. Inner hallway (with recess housing a dishwasher, mini freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) leads to rear Bedroom 3 with twin 3' single beds, cupboard and en-suite shower room with modern cubicle, basin and WC.
Outside: One private gravelled parking space, (large enough for an estate car or 'people carrier') at front of property plus one driveway parking space at side if required. Steps to enclosed raised rear patio accessible from kitchen. Super enclosed front decked terrace (accessible externally or small bedroom) with lawn and planted borders (not enclosed but for exclusive use of Flat 1 The Haven).
Restrictions: Smoking not permitted inside the property. One very small well behaved pet allowed.

The Haven is as suitable for good value family holidays in the main season as it is for couples holidaying alone in the quieter times. Comfortably furnished and decorated and well-equipped with everything needed, the apartment occupies a commanding position just off the town centre and with all facilities and beach within easy reach. The sundeck, parking spaces and ability to take a small pet here are all bonuses.
