Apartment is decorated to a high standard with wooden flooring throughout. A curved hallway takes you through to the living/diving area. The room is light and airy with panoramic views across Brixham harbour. There is a 3 seater sofa in blue and matching chair, glass coffee table. Entertainment provided by a TV, Freeview box, video player, DVD player and radio/CD/cassette player.
Kitchen Information: The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven with gas hob and hood, kettle and toaster.
Dining: The dining area has a circular wood and chrome table with 4 matching padded chairs.
Sleeping Information: Master Bedroom: Has a double bed with matching bedside unit and 8 drawer unit. There are patio windows, providing plenty of light into the room and a built in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two: There is a bunk bed and 3 drawer bedside cabinet with matching 8 drawer unit.

The bathroom has a three piece suite in white, consisting of a bath, wash basin and w.c. with a mirror and light over and shaver point.
