The spacious accommodation sleeps 15 easily. Set only 2 miles from the M62 it occupies a commanding position and is ideal for family reunions, large groups and celebrations.
It's easy access and central location makes it the ideal place to explore Yorkshire: only a short drive away are the Dales, with their fabulous scenery and miles of walking, riding, cycling etc., about 20 mins away from Hawarth; Bronte Country, locally there are canals, restaurants, pubs, bars, nightclubs, art galleries, theatres, stately homes, film & TV locations, Heritage centres, Historical museums, you are literally spoiled for choice with plenty to occupy the whole family. Only 20 mins from Leeds City Centre by car, 45 mins from Manchester City Centre, 30 minutes from the Leeds/Bradford Airport it makes an ideal base for touring.

Ravensprings, Comfortable; spacious and ideal for family reunions, touring and relaxing and celebrations. It makes an excellent holiday centre with numerous local attractions and the perfect base to explore Yorkshire. It has the convenience of the town on your doorstep combined with the opportunity to explore both City and Countryside locally and further a field.
The Kitchen is well equipped for up to 16. There is a double oven range style electric / gas cooker, conventional gas cooker, Smeg larder fridge, dishwasher, freezer, toaster etc. two breakfast tables.
There is a 34' huge sitting room with lovely mahogany panelling from the great Liner the Mauritania. It is amply furnished for up to 15 people to congretate and relax. With 3 large comfortable couches and 2 arm chairs.
There is a lovely open fire and a very pleasent aspect. The delightful dining room overlooks a small park that has a model railway which is used at weekends (public welcome on open days). The room has a lovely ambiance and is very gracious with an upper dining table that will seat 12 people. A second dining table that seats 6. There is a hatch through from the kitchen which is most convenient.
On the first floor are four bedrooms, a master bedroom with superking size 6' bed with ensuite shower room, a superb four poster king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with double ended french bath and Power shower (this bathroom can also be accessed from the hall).
There are two further double bedrooms one with an antique, oak French bed, and another with an antique wrought iron double bed with vanity unit. There is also a large family bathroom with shower.
On the 2nd floor there is a spacious family bathroom, one very large family bedroom with a pair of twin beds that pull out to sleep four if necessary, also a superking size round bed this room has lovely views to the countryside beyond, a lovely kingsize bed room with an interesting townscape view to the moors beyond.

Brighouse was traditionally a small industrial town based around the River Calder. Ravensprings is situated in an elevated position in a very quiet residential road, at the beginning of the Lightcliffe area around 1.5km from the centre of town.
Brighouse Town has a bustling shopping centre with lot of small bars, galleries, shops and restaurants, lots of takeaways delivery service. There is a bus garage and railway station as well as two supermarkets : Tesco and Sainsburys. There are several little corner shops and local pubs within walking distance of the house. There are also many lovely country pubs/restuarants within 10mins drive and the Towns and of Halifax and Huddersfield are just 10mins drive away. Leeds city centre is only 20mins away (parked and out of your car) and Manchester 45mins.
York around 50mins, Harrogate 40mins, Hawarth & Skipton 30mins, Holmfirth and Hebdon Bridge 20mins, There are just so many things to do and see with such easy access as Ravensprings is only 2 miles from the M62.
From the M62 take the Brighouse turn off at the Brighouse & Rastrick roundabout take the turnoff towards the Ritz Ballroom. Then 1st left cross 2 miniroundabouts the 2nd right followed by 1st right.
