Cotswold lake lodge is in an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds. You can relax in this Area of Outstanding Beauty or take an active part in all the superb water sporting facilities available. The property consists of three bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen , lounge with dinning area and a large decked area with beautiful views to a private lake.

The Lodge is arranged over two floors and is well equipped for a pleasurable stay. On the ground floor is a newly fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, double oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer.
A large open plan lounge/diner comfortably accommodates six people and includes a sofa bed. There is a TV/DVD player and digital set top box along with a stereo player. We have tried to make it feel as homely as possible by adding books of general and local interest.
Off the entrance hall there is a downstairs shower room with WC and handbasin. The dining area has a staircase leading to the first floor.
Bedroom 1 A large double room which has full length windows with stunning views overlooking Spring Lake. This room has a large range of fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The room will also accommodate a travel cot.
Bedroom 2 A single bed with another underneath. There is a hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with drawer.
Bedroom 3 This is another double bedroom, although there is limited walking space around the bed. There are two small bedside drawers and hanging space. There is a bathroom on this floor with toilet, bath and hand basin.
To the rear of the property there is plenty of room for six people to dine alfresco on the deck which overlooks the lake, there are also communal gardens. To the front of the Lodge are resident only parking spaces.
As this property has steps leading to the front and rear doors it is not suitable for people requiring level access.

lakeside Lodge is situated in the heart of The Cotswold Water Park, a 40 square mile Area of Outstanding Beauty. There are over 140 lakes, 150km of bridleways and cycleways and over 6000 years of human habitation has been discovered in the area.
There are many activities available, including sailing, water skiing, horse riding, fishing and cycling to name a few. There are fantastic views and unspoilt scenery.
We can arrange a spa day for you at aselection of local Spas , prices start at £50 for a day including treatments.
Fishing and Golf are also available locally with many competitions taking place throughout the year.
Every year the Red Arrows make a spectacular appearance over our lodge.RAF Fairford is only a 10 min drive away.
The Cotswolds has always been famous for its Horse event calendar. Badmington Trials, Cheltenham gold Cup and Cirencester Polo are just a few of the many events throughout the year.

"We have all had a great time in a well equipped cottage with great views. Our group ranged from 2 years of age to 70 ish!! Nothing was to much trouble for the owners. The tea and biscuits were a great welcome after a 6 hour journey. See you again soon.
