This elegant End villa is set in the resort of Hacienda Del Alamo in Murcia. The villa is located in phase two of this newest development and is situated in a central position with the club house, spanish village and golf practice area all within walking distance. The stunning club house is about 5 minutes walk from the house and is well worth a visit. It is the perfect place to relax with a cold drink after a days activities of golf, swimming tennis or just sunbathing!
The house is set in an enclosed private gardens to the front and to the back. The back garden leads to the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The resort is 10 minutes drive from the charming spanish town called Fuente Alamo which offers an insight into the spanish way of life. Dont forget your spanish phase book when you visit the town as it will come in very handy!

As you enter the house ther is a stairs leading up to the master bedroom and bathroom which is completely private. There is a open plan kitchen and dining room with doors leading out onto the patio area which is equipped with a dining table chairs and barbeque for outside living. There is a comfortable lounge with two sofas (one being a sofa bed) and a flat screen TV on the wall with a DVD machine. There is two further double bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

Hacienda Del Alamo has many facilities on site to compliment their golf course which has a large two level driving range a challange course putting greens and a fully equipped golfing academy.
Other activities at the golf resort include tennis courts, swimming pools and paddleball courts. The resort is very conveniently situated between Murcia and Caragena. The sandy beaches of the Mar Menor famous for water sports are only a 20 minute drive away. The beaches are great for children and many of them have been awarded the blue flag. Other local activities include boat trips on the Mar Menor and cycling along the 7 mile promenade.
Puerto de Mazarron is a seaside town and known as the "Cornwall of Spain" with a 35kms of unspoilt beaches pretty coves and harbours and is a definate pull for sunseekers. Murcia is the regions capital city and is a university town with numerous important and historical buildings to explore including the beautiful Cathedral de Maria built in the 18th century. Winter skiing is available 2.5 hours away on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Dont forget also to visit the Sierra Espuna the beautiful national park.
