Spacious lounge has sumptuous 2-seater sofa bed that will sleep two people, and an armchair, both in blue. There is a coffee table between the sofa and the armchair with a lamp. Another table sits on the decorative blue rug in front of the sofa. The plasma screen TV, DVD player and stereo are housed on a large and stylish wall unit, and there are modern African prints on the wall. To the right of this are the dining table and four chairs.
Patio doors lead on to the balcony, which has a patio table and chairs, external light, and a view of the pool.
The hallway has a large mirror and blue shelf in keeping with the blue furniture throughout the apartment.
Beautifully refurbished fully fitted kitchen with blue marble effect worktops and attractive tiles and white units. Very well equipped and comprises of full oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The breakfast bar has built in display shelving that acts as a nice room divider, separating the dining area from the kitchen but allowing serving access over the breakfast bar.
The bedroom has twin beds, with combined blue double headboard and bedside tables that have a drawer each and storage below. There are wall fixed reading lights by each bed, and easy access light switch/plug points. The double fitted wardrobe is fitted with a rail and shelf. There is a ceiling fan in this room. Patio doors lead on to the balcony.
Fully refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower, separated from rest of bathroom by stylish glass bricks. Tiled in modern light grey marble effect tiles, with attractive border tile.
