This spacious detached villa is conveniently located just 200m from Cala d’Or Marina and 800m from the sandy beach of Calo des Pou. There are many fine restaurants to be found around the Marina. The centre of Cala D’Or and Cala Egos are just a few minutes drive away.
Accommodation: The accommodation is constructed on two levels; on the ground floor there is a hallway with seating area leading to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both having doors to the patio and a family bathroom. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and benefits from a feature open fire place giving good ventilation in the summer. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. External stairs lead to the third bedroom which as a large balcony and a full bathroom en-suite. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and Stereo system. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, with a small additional charge.
Outdoors: Patio doors from the living room give access to a large covered terrace at the rear of the house. There is a brick built BBQ and patio furniture for ‘Alfresco’ dining. Sun terraces with sun beds and parasols surround the superb 9m x 4.5m private swimming pool. The villa offers good privacy with high hedges on all sides of the rear gardens. Off road parking is available in front of the garage.

The pretty coves and attractive pine-clad surrounding countryside lend to quiet relaxing days, whereas by night the main precinct in Cala D'Or offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. Many sports facilities are available including tennis, sailing, horse riding, diving. Golf is available at the Vall D'or 18-hole golf course near the village of S'Horta.
