This lovely traditional villa is located in open countryside, yet it is only a few minutes drive to the popular resorts of Puerto Pollensa where you will find many shops and fine restaurants as well as the safe, sandy beach. There are a number of restaurants that can be reached on foot in the cool of the evening.
Accommodation: The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of a lovely traditional lounge / dining room with a feature open fire place and an American style fitted kitchen, being equipped with a dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob.
The washing machine being houses in a utility room accessed from outside. The spacious master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom benefits from an air conditioning unit. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a full family bathroom.
All bedrooms are comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV (limited channels) a DVD Player and Stereo System.
Outdoors: Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large ‘L’ shaped terrace that goes around two sides of the villa to give good shade all day. On one side is the built-in BBQ with sink unit and quality wooden patio furniture set to experience ‘Alfresco’ dining day or night. There are countryside and mountain views from here along with views across the villa’s orchards full of fruit trees. Another patio set is provided on the other side of the covered terrace, which overlooks the extensive, mature and very well kept gardens. The feature swimming pool, some 9m long and 4.5m wide, benefits from roman steps, which allow for safer and easier access. The pool, which is located in a raised part of the garden, is surrounded by sun terraces. Sun beds and parasol are provided.
The villa is approached by a long narrow drive and offers limited amount of parking space suitable for up to two small cars. This is an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Both the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente are just a few minutes drive away, with local restaurants in walking distance.

From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
The cosmopolitan character is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, and many live permanently in the area. The municipality of Pollensa comprises, apart from the old town, two further townships, the Port of Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, two coastal towns with a well-defined and different personality, due to the fact that they are situated in two settings with completely different geographical and scenic characteristics.
Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you’ll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor.
Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example.
Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
