A utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is just off from the kitchen and at the bottom of the stairs is a wc/shower room.
Upstairs you will find two bright and airy bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with sliding doors to a shared balcony with coffee table and chairs, ideal for that nightcap whilst watching the lights over the water below.
The pool terrace is at the front of the house with spectacular sea views. Of infinity design the large pool also has a jacuzzi. Outside the kitchen there is a BBQ terrace.
