This superb individual detached villa is located just 400m from the beach in the ‘Llenaire’ area of Puerto Pollensa. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa occupies a large corner plot and offers good privacy having hedging all round the gardens to the side and rear where the swimming pool is also located. It enjoys good views of mountains and the resort.
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a large impressive entrance hallway having a feature terrarium. To the left is a marble staircase leading to the first floor where there is a large sitting room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Patio doors lead to a communal balcony. On the ground floor from the hallway there is a passage around the terrarium that gives access to a shower room, a laundry room and the modern kitchen which benefits from all modern appliances. Double doors from the kitchen lead to a large living room. A second comfortable “TV” lounge with lovely furnishings and an enclosed fireplace can be found off the hallway giving plenty of space to relax. This room also has patio doors to the front terrace. Entertainment is provided by a Flat panel Satellite TV and DVD Player in the main living room and a built in Satellite TV and a Stereo system in the second lounge. The hallway also gives access to a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The villa is centrally heated throughout and there will be air-conditioning available in the bedrooms and main living areas. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout in traditional Mallorcian style making and makes offers an idea location for a relaxing holiday in this Popular resort.
Doors from the kitchen and hallway lead out to a lovely rear covered terrace, where there is patio furniture and a brick-built Barbeque to enjoy ‘Alfresco dining’ in total privacy. The rear sun terrace, swimming pool area and gardens can be found from here. The 8m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool has roman steps for easy access. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols are provided. The villa has well maintained, mature ornamental gardens enhanced by many pot plants. There is off road parking for two cars.

Local activities in and around Puerto de Pollenca, Mallorca
Puerto Pollensa is, without any doubt, one of the most attractive municipalities of the island.
From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
The cosmopolitan character is due to the fact that a lot of Europeans have their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, and many live permanently in the area. The municipality of Pollensa comprises, apart from the old town, two further townships, the Port of Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, two coastal towns with a well-defined and different personality, due to the fact that they are situated in two settings with completely different geographical and scenic characteristics.
Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you’ll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor.
Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
